I offer custom made training which covers a variety of subjects including:

behaviour management
understanding and managing anxiety in children and young people
developing attuned interactions with children and young people
how to have an emotionally supportive, but brief, conversation
promoting staff wellbeing

In order to make training effective, my training package includes a thorough needs analysis through discussion with commissioners and questionnaires to participants. The training is then custom made. This is then evaluated at the end of the training.
